1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a notification by e-mail to: contact@debag.co.
Products must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice.
2. Return Address
All returns must be sent exclusively via:

Products returned to any other address will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returns
Products returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, without signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or only partially refunded.
This rule applies to all products eligible for return, including non-personalized handmade items.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received at the designated Paczkomat.
Refunds include the cost of the product. The Customer bears the cost of returning the product unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
